GSC proposes a site-to-portfolio programme combining energy baselines, metering, electrical efficiency, power quality, process optimisation, heat recovery, electrification, onsite generation, storage, flexibility, business cases, measurement and verification and PMO. The approach is suitable for defined advisory, audit-support, feasibility and implementation-planning assignments.
Background:
Industrial energy improvement is often slowed by fragmented data, competing production priorities, weak baselines and projects that are not packaged for investment. Compliance assessments alone do not create savings. Sites need engineering validation, operational ownership, realistic implementation windows and performance measurement.
Vision: Help UK industrial sites build a repeatable pipeline of evidence-based energy projects that improves performance without compromising production, safety or product quality.

GSC Role:
GSC can lead energy and electrical baselines, power-quality studies, metering architecture, opportunity screening, feasibility, investment prioritisation, tender support, M&V planning and PMO.
Partner and Authority Scope:
Statutory ESOS sign-off where applicable, detailed process and building design, hazardous-area work, construction, commissioning certification and regulated services require appropriately qualified UK parties.
This initiative is a forward-looking GSC framework. It is not a completed GSC project, an adopted public programme, a system-operator decision or a funding commitment.
