Executive Summary:
GSC proposes a vendor-neutral framework for government, PSE, DSOs, utilities, industrial clusters, developers and investors to connect demand and generation scenarios, transmission and distribution reinforcement, substations, renewable connections, stability, protection, power quality, BESS, demand response, industrial electrification, digital operations, investment sequencing and PMO. GSC can lead defined study and advisory packages with Polish partners.
Background:
Poland's electricity transition combines renewable growth, network constraints, uneven asset condition, industrial competitiveness, heating and transport electrification, connection demand and system security. New generation and loads alter flows, fault levels, system strength, voltage, harmonics, protection, congestion and connection timing; network and industrial decisions therefore require coordination.
Vision: Support Polish system operators, utilities and industry in building a more reliable, flexible and digitally enabled electricity system through transparent studies, investment sequencing and delivery governance.

GSC Role:
GSC can lead demand and generation scenarios, power-system study scopes and analysis, substation and protection concepts, power quality, renewable and storage integration, industrial demand and microgrid options, digital architecture, tender support, interface management and PMO.
Partner and Authority Scope:
Operator decisions and data, licensed design, grid-connection offers, statutory submissions, environmental and land work, market participation, legal advice, construction supervision, testing and certification require PSE, DSOs and qualified Polish entities.
This initiative is a forward-looking GSC framework. It is not a completed GSC project, an adopted public programme, a system-operator decision or a funding commitment.
