Why this workshop

Engineering project is an ever-changing combination of a high number of variables combined in a long-term commitment. Even on a small villa, you can have a project running for an entire year from initial sign-off to the final handover. Materials tend to be subject to price fluctuations; specialised resources are in short supply; and capital investments tend to be relatively high with long amortisation periods. Managing a Engineering project requires an understanding of all aspects of this complex endeavour.
